Study conducted on DìLEISHMUN product

In collaboration with Federico II University of Naples – Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production

The study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of Dilsh (formerly Dileishmun) in mediating the ongoing immunomodulatory response of canine leishmaniasis (CL) and consequently improve the clinical outcome of the pathology. In practice, an attempt was made to verify the immunomodulating impact of the product on the immune system of dogs naturally infected with leishmaniasis, subjected to a suitable conventional pharmacological therapeutic protocol, in order to keep the disease under control, avoiding relapses and intoxication of the animal (non-negligible side effects of drugs administered "for life") and thus ensuring a better quality of life.

THE RESULTS
The study showed that the integration with Dilsh product (formerly Dileishmun) was associated with the immunomodulation of the Th1 response and with a significant clinical improvement in the animals. Furthermore, no unpleasant side effects of any kind were observed during all phases of the study, confirming the excellent tolerability of the product.

Study conducted on DìNAMIC product

In collaboration with Federico II University of Naples – Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production

The study was carried out to evaluate the metabolic and locomotive effects of Dinamic in dogs suffering from osteoarthritis, and to verify the absence of particular side effects. The supplement was administrated for 90 days with clinical control and blood sampling (blood-biochemical profile) on a monthly basis.

THE RESULTS
The results of this study have shown that Dinamic can benefit animal welfare by improving joints and reducing pain in dogs with advanced osteoarthritis. The beneficial effects suggest that the different components included in the supplement can improve the inflammatory state as well as oxidative stress in terms of cellular health thanks to different mechanisms of action. Furthermore, the administration of the supplement for a period of 3 months was well tolerated by the dogs that did not show adverse side effects.

Study conducted on DìSENIOR product

In collaboration with Columbia University of New York - Department of Pathology, Anatomy and Cell Biology, and with Federico II University of Naples - Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production

The study was carried out to evaluate the efficiency of Disenior, a supplement specifically formulated to improve cognitive functions, to reduce inflammation and at the same time optimize immune responses in senior dogs.

THE RESULTS
The results of the study have shown that Disenior is able to improve the cognitive functions of senior dogs, as highlighted by the better performance obtained by the subjects who took the supplement compared to those who took placebo. The Disenior has also

proven to be free from harmful side effects. In vitro, it was possible to demonstrate the increase in cFOS in the cultures treated with Disenior compared to placebo; cFOS is a functional marker of activity of cultured neurons, and its increase indicates the positive effect of Disenior on neuronal functions and neuronal plasticity. The study therefore suggests that Disenior can improve the quality of life of senior dogs, allowing them to "age successfully", and can slow down the onset of cognitive dysfunction symptoms associated with aging itself.

Study conducted on the product AGILITY

In collaboration with Federico II University of Naples – Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production

The study was carried out to evaluate the impact of the Agility product on the athletic ability and physical performance of competitive dogs.

THE RESULTS
The administration of the analysed supplement, composed of ingredients of natural origin, has shown that it can improve the response to stress related to training and competition in the dogs treated, helping to normalise the physiological responses

during training itself and to improve athletic ability as well as resistance to fatigue and muscular effort without alterations of any kind in the physiological parameters of the treated animals, therefore without any damage to their organisms. These results allow us to continue our research in the natural field, in order to induce optimal responses to stress and physical exertion, both regarding the animals that are athlete and those who are not, without resorting to dangerous synthetic substances capable of causing serious damage to the organism.
